Agriculture
Develop your skills and knowledge for a career in Agriculture. Choose from our short courses, certificates and diplomas and learn from the best teachers in industry. Most importantly, you’ll get hands-on learning for skills that will stick with you – and can immediately put into action in your current, or future career.
Students gain practical experience learning to safely operate quad bikes, tractors, chainsaws and front-end loaders. Our students have the opportunity to care for livestock, learn about crop establishment and assist with soil sampling and testing. For those already working in industry, we offer courses that focus on the technical skills, problem solving, and supervisory skills needed to operate, monitor and improve performance of agricultural systems and projects
The best part? All our Agriculture courses are part of the Free TAFE initiative, which means Free TAFE pays the tuition fees for your whole course, if you are eligible. Materials fees may still apply to some courses.
